The same issues keep happening over and over. The pay keeps going down
Respond much quicker. WGL sends texts but it can take HOURS to get a reply when things go bad, like when WGL provides the wrong documents. I have sent emails to mid level people about issues and have never gotten a reply.
A mileage calculation needs to be used. A year ago it was worth it to drive directly to a gig. With today's rates I only take a gig if I am going that way anyway. I spend way too much time tracking down bad documents that they send quite often.
Since I started with them the rates have been going down. I take a far fewer gigs form them these days. The service they provide when things go wrong ( and things do go wrong) has gotten slower in the past year. You wait on hold a long time and emails and text are never returned in a timely fashon
