What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is action oriented and all of them are good team players.

I don't work with a team or have had any contact with a team member
Everyone I work with is dedicated and truly want to help our clients and contractors. We all do our best, even with the lack of investment into our technology.
My team rocks! Everyone works together to take care of the customer. It's a grind but every day is different and I like that about my job.
The WeGoLook team really cares about the customer and about each other. As in any call center environment, there are a few that shouldn't be here, but overall, it's a great place to work with a team!
Everyone's opinion counts and it's a very positive and motivating environment.
The WeGoLook team is very diverse but everyone works well together with common goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Customer service training, especially for speaking on the phone.
We don't have any meeting
Respond much quicker. WGL sends texts but it can take HOURS to get a reply when things go bad, like when WGL provides the wrong documents. I have sent emails to mid level people about issues and have never gotten a reply.
