Since I started with them the rates have been going down. I take a far fewer gigs form them these days. The service they provide when things go wrong ( and things do go wrong) has gotten slower in the past year. You wait on hold a long time and emails and text are never returned in a timely fashon
Our leadership team truly empowers the managers and staff here and they work hard to communicate and keep culture relevant.
They really do have an open door policy and want to hear ANY and ALL ideas.
Leadership team allows for empowerment among all employees and opportunity for growth and promotion.

Better pay for workers now
Realizing how far behind we are in tech. Systems are broken and inefficient. Our competitors actively taking business due to our lack of capability and flexibility.
