I like that my dental and vision benefits can also have an FSA card with it so whenever I need to get work done, it usually does not need to be out of pocket.
I enjoy my team and that we work so closely on a regular basis. My boss also looks for regular changes for us to get lunch together or interact in a way that lets us be people while also working here.
I appreciate that the coworkers around the office do have some level of familiarity with each other. While I don't see the people on the other side of the office much, we do still see each other enough that we can have a nice conversation.
My direct supervisor/boss is awesome and is able to bridge the line of being a "boss" while still maintaining a level of approachable without feeling out of touch. There are some higher ups that I cannot say the same about but I also don't need to interact with them much.
I like that the company regularly looks for "anonymous" feedback. While I am jaded in how "anonymous" the surveys are from previous companies, I do appreciate that I can at least put my own feelings out to the company should an issue come up that I would otherwise keep to myself.
I liked that my interview was split into two parts. "Technical" and "vibes". The first interview was mostly to see how much of the job I could do and how much needed to be taught, but I enjoyed the second interview being more about "Could I work with this person for 7+ hours?"
