What is the onboarding process like at WhiteSource and how long does it last?
Hello! It really depends on the size of the company and the various integrations and requirements. A first successful scan can be completed on the first call. Small companies can be onboarded in just a few phone calls. Obviously, larger companies take longer, but usually that's just because there are a lot more teams to work with, etc. We don't charge for services, though, our assistance and training is included in the subscription.
