What's the company culture like at Black Duck Software?
Top Employee Response
We have a VP of Culture. Seriously. We do have a game room and ping pong, and people play games. We also have a skate sharpener (really) because we have quite a few hockey players. Definitely a growth mindset place - not the place to be if you don't like to learn and try new things. Very non-political - easy to talk to exec level staff - and they listen.
