They're honest. When I ask questions, I get straight-forward, no-BS or "execu-speak" responses.
Leadership is intelligent, caring & inspiring. While all active in their fields, I've found them to be approachable and easy to talk to.

We are give the opportunity to be successful and the support to do so. We enjoy delivering a high-quality product and exceeding expectations
My team is extremely smart and hard working. They're easy to talk to, brainstorm with, and helpful at problem solving. We work together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus is on getting things done well, not on when you're at your desk. We focus on communication and collaboration, not useless overhead
The culture is always interesting and creative. We have a VP of Culture who puts great effort into making our culture fun and productive.

Interacting with my colleagues. Socializing at Beer O'Clock at the end of the day
