Compared to the big tech companies, WH doesnt seem to provide decent benefits. I was incredibly disappointed at Christmas time, when the end of the year was not even marked at all. Most companies, due to Covid, sent out presents and hampers to staff. This seemed totally ignored by Workhuman.
The in-office experience has really been upgraded in the last few months, to align with the return to office. We are well looked after in terms of the cafe, snacks and even hot food now. Couldn't really ask for more in that respect. There is a new gym coming soon, which is an amazing perk
