Positive: Opportunity to contribute to something that has meaningful value considering our world climate. Negative: Incompetent executive team obsessed by increasing revenue and sales at the expense of employee wellbeing and with no clear or sustainable long term vision and strategy.

Compensation philosophy needs a complete overhaul if we're to stay relevant in current climate, and improve our chances to retain and attract talent. The lack of equity is particularly off putting.

Listen more and look after own employees better, practice more of what we preach. Stop obsessing so much about sales and revenue and focus on building a sustainable business with a clear vision and strategy for the short, medium and long term. More transparency in decision-making.
