My team leader is excellent, empathetic, fair and consistent . My colleagues are all hard working and share a sense of humour.
For example, there is a monthly Pizza day hosted by the company but only permanent staff are allowed to eat. Candles are gifted to permanent staff while temporary are not even allowed to buy at discounted rated.
Very little positive about the company, its culture, its management or work practices but the people working on the shop floor are friendly, helpful and work well as a team facing the adversity of workplace practices and ethos
