Mixed and not for the good. Poor leadership has kept Yapstone from being a great company.
ZERO customer service. They no longer have any phone support of any kind. Nothing. They are, in my opinion, engaging in unethical activities by holding money intended for refunds to customers. Allowing chargebacks when they even confirm that the refunds referenced in the chargebacks were refunded
