What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great team that focus' on Business and people. They are trying to be as practical as possible
They are caring and thoghtful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Integrity, clarity of vision, mission and goals. The executive team expresses that the What and How is done the reality is they only care about the What and treat (or allow) employees to be treated poorly. Weekend, work, untruths, blaming are the words I would use to describe Yapstone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive in the market amongst similar organization and some benefits are better than bigger organization
Health package are great for employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are have become increasingly more expensive over the years offering fewer benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great team to work with
They are friendly and caring
The team I work with wants and tries very hard to do the right think.

Stop the long days which are a result of bad management making commitments they can't keep and not having clear goals or priorities.

My voice is heard and my Ideas are appreciated and respected whether it taken in to consideration or not
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The technology leadership team should be replaced. The technology leadership team has created an environment of blame, fear, and favoritism. If you are a female you have no chance of success.
