What is the best part about your compensation package?Competitive in the market amongst similar organization and some benefits are better than bigger organization
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Integrity, clarity of vision, mission and goals. The executive team expresses that the What and How is done the reality is they only care about the What and treat (or allow) employees to be treated poorly. Weekend, work, untruths, blaming are the words I would use to describe Yapstone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The benefits are have become increasingly more expensive over the years offering fewer benefits.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stop the long days which are a result of bad management making commitments they can't keep and not having clear goals or priorities.
