I work at Yard House in Oxnard and the managers are terrible. Half of them flirt with the female servers and only give shifts to their favorite employees. Like i've stated someone needs to have a sit down and review how the managers are with the female staff.

They tell a lot of the female workers that they need to be more social with the managers when a lot of them are there to just work. I've been told i could be nicer to them when in reality i just don't flirt with them. Huge problem with Dustin Gunderson.
