
Zendesk is a great company to work at. Great work/life balance, flexible work arrangements as well (I wfh in Vietnam for a week at one point). People are great to work with. Although some of the remaining old guards in Product could basically get away with murder, which is annoying.
Zendesk has a really good company culture. People here cares about the main product (support) and there is a good vibe working with folks at any level of the company. It is very enjoyable to work as an engineer here.
Old guard (pre-IPO) employees tend to get away with what they want and CEO openly shows preferential treatment to them. Overall, nice people, lots of fun activities (although most revolve around alcohol). Would not say it is inclusive at all.
Super friendly. People are nice to each other and usually very approachable. I'd probably say a bit more mature than a lot of start-ups. Perhaps the HQ office (1019) is quiet at times.
Used to be better but now very cliquish and passive aggressive lots of back stabbing
