Awesome. We work smarter, not harder. We're constantly analyzing what's the most important things to be working on; what's the smallest MVP we can build to prove out a concept before building something larger; always questioning whether work is worth the effort; and - in my role - there has never been late nights, weekend work. I don't even receive company email on my cell phone.

Great! A lot of people take time off to travel, and there's never a concern regarding coverage if a coworker is out. Nothing is extremely urgent that you'd have to be disrupted outside of your working hours as "we're not saving lives here."

Good work-life balance, you can leave your work at the office and leave with no homework.

It is perfect -- best of any company I have ever worked for...

You will never bring work home. It's pretty unbelievable.
