What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're incredibly down to earth. I separately ran into both my our CEO, Ian, and CFO, Tim, in one of our office kitchens while getting coffee. Both introduced themselves to me first, asked me how I was liking the company and my work, and really cared about my experience so far!

It's all-inclusive sometimes so much that competitions really interfere with the reps just getting the job done but they like them

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe working from home has improved the culture. The office was really distracting on the sales floor with music and being on top of each other. I think the culture is fine though and pretty fair.

The team meet-and-greet phase. Instead of a team picking you, you get to "reverse interview" and learn about multiple teams that would be a good fit for you

When my team is firing on all cylinders and everyone is doing their part. When I see us at goal and I see 3 to 4 people that sit on the clock and don't work it takes away from that. This job is great and there is no reason to not do your part
