I think ZipRecruiter does very well with fostering an environment where everyone can be their true selves which results in everyone being comfortable. With that in mind, I love all of our huddles that are daily where we can talk both business and about my dog if I wanted to.

Based on what I see we have a decent turnover and take chances on people who don't hold themselves accountable and are OK with being mediocre. being OK with 70% is weird to me and too many people are OK with it.
