ZipRecruiter Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The stock options and unlimited PTO

Review from Engineering Dept

401K and insurance are the best

Review from Sales Dept

stock stock stock stock stock

Review from Sales Dept

Salary/hourly rate. Medical benefits coverage—include amount paid by employee and employer. Flexible spending account information. Paid

Review from HR Dept

My pay is very competitive, which is greatly appreciated, but our benefits are also world-class.

Review from Sales Dept

Financial planning, telehealth, great dental, amazing PTO

Review from Sales Dept

Our healthcare / dental benefits are great.

Review from Sales Dept

Health care for family and 401k

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Getting 50% commission on all sales

Review from Sales Dept

We have great benefits, retirement, and they are always adding new perks for us too

Review from Sales Dept

highly competitive structure - you get paid for everything you do

Review from Sales Dept

Level and our Health benefits

Review from Sales Dept

We barley pay for anything.

Review from Sales Dept

The ability to get promoted based on performance has been rewarding (ISO department).

Review from Sales Dept

In my specific role, it's knowing that we have the potential to earn more than our given base. Input = Output

Review from Sales Dept

It's fair and straightforward. You move up based on performance.

Review from Sales Dept

Unlimited Vacation, great health insurance, stock purchase program

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Did not get promoted lately

Review from Engineering Dept

A Promotion or higher wages

Review from Engineering Dept

I recognize that compensation is a full package but we should be leading edge and exceed the competition on salaries.

Review from Operations Dept

Someone in my role on average makes almost 15k more per year. Why wouldn't I feel undervalued?

Review from Operations Dept

The base pay is way too low.

Review from Sales Dept

My department as a whole is underpaid to market

Review from Customer Support Dept

the RIF has put things on hold putting more work for less pay as an option

Review from Sales Dept

I feel undervalued because I am capable of doing many things to support my team and the business and have shown my leadership team what I can do and proposed many things that have been implemented or are in the works today and yet, ive only met several negative experiences to my title and pay.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Management does not offer any opportunity to advance. There is no value when management finds ways to create 'drama' in what is to be a simple job.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I think top performers, reps and managers, should be rewarded monetarily for their extra monetary achievements, i.e. residual income, bonuses for hitting certain milestones, etc. In our current environment, there is little to no monetary reward that drives competitiveness.

Review from Sales Dept

The work can be rather stressful at time. The benefits are great and do make up for the slightly lower compensation but still does not accommodate for the level of work done

Review from Operations Dept

Starting salary for type of position is a few dollars more industry wide

Review from Customer Support Dept

The ability to negotiate my hourly wage during the hiring process

Review from Customer Support Dept

Having more room to grow with the company

Review from Customer Support Dept

We are simply not competitive on pay-scale. Our front line reps-if they work hard and are a top performer, after 9 months they have an opportunity to make what reps in other local companies start at. Same goes for Supervisors/Managers.

Review from Customer Support Dept

they have a tendency to have really low base salaries, not livable wage and cut back on benefits when they can.

Review from Sales Dept

Do not feel undervalued - but I do think that compensation accelerators and decelerators for Sales Teams makes sense for performance.

Review from Sales Dept

Management commission structure should align with individual contributors.

Review from Sales Dept

I would like my hourly compensation to be hirer to match other company's in the area.

Review from Sales Dept

Having a clearer path towards my development and ability to contribute to our mission
