I think top performers, reps and managers, should be rewarded monetarily for their extra monetary achievements, i.e. residual income, bonuses for hitting certain milestones, etc. In our current environment, there is little to no monetary reward that drives competitiveness.

We are simply not competitive on pay-scale. Our front line reps-if they work hard and are a top performer, after 9 months they have an opportunity to make what reps in other local companies start at. Same goes for Supervisors/Managers.
