Accepting responsibility is the mind problem it's always somebody else's fault

The employees that I work with are the only good aspect to that place

The people that work at Jack's is crew are phenomenal they work over days off whatever needs to be done the management is the issue
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If they weren't so rude to people about interviewing we would probably have more people to start work granted they probably wouldn't stay because of all the lies and mistreatment of employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They say that we're understaffed and management won't do anything to help us upper management is the key problem lying to people to get them in there and then not keeping their promises
