People not being trained ! Quality is going down fast!

Just need to hire more people to take up the slack so one person doesn't have to do 5 things at once
The store has roaches and nasty and general manager has bad attitude with customers and employees
The wait times are horrible
What isn't or hasn't been wrong!! I could write a Book about this job experience for over 2 months now!!! LOL

They say that we're understaffed and management won't do anything to help us upper management is the key problem lying to people to get them in there and then not keeping their promises
People are quitting because theyre being promised things that havr not come to fruition
Need incentives. Need people who want to work. Need to give them a reason to work
