a fair amount of coworkers just need to show up for their job.

To have employee and manager meetings every week and cut off those who don't want to work and hire more people to train and communication needs to be better instead of threatening to fire everyone on the spot. Improve management. How many Manager's does it take to screw in a light bulb? All of them
