What do you like best about the leadership team?
We stick together we work together
They are behind us all the way
well when I was there before my pay was 12 dollars an hour and rehired in making 10.50 an hour but I'm well experienced but my manager told me she could not pay me 12 so started me at 10.50 been back for 3 months and know there is to know
Good attitudes and nice to work with

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything as a whole as a store
They need to get better at doing their job in general and not hanging around on their phones
Everything because they need help
Communication and safe work enviroments

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I need a email to hr to change my direct deposit
Haven't received mine yet but I haven't been there that long
Everything is great there no other place like it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More appreciation and gratitude shown.
yes I'm a great manger and went thru something but did not believe me at all
I am owed 3 paychecks
Another of mangers don't need the position they are in because they don't know how to treat the team and the staff they have leading to high turn over rates.
More money and better leadership
What are some of the best things about your team?
The workers that Stand for what is right and try to make Jack's The Best Ser've Quality Food and Stand up to Jack's standards !!The team members that do not let the negativity of others that should be leaders tare them down n Still Hold Up to great service and hard work ethics !

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to actually do their job and stop having someone else do it for them say they can chat with manager and play on their phones
Teaching the trainees correctly and helping more
Coworkers are fine to be honest
Stop the horse playing so much

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Staff and everyone that makes it a team
We are friendly and we make sure our customers get the best treatment
having good co workers and great customer service

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All the managers including the GM need to be replaced
Need a general manager who will work with employees
The regional director and above aren't willing to adapt with the times and demand too much of gm's

Everything the store manager is so rude
Being honest about pay, and scheduling night shift to actually be succesful
What did you like most about the interview process?
Thought it would Be A positive mindset with great family environment. Great management at that point but management has all changed
They make you feel comfortable and positive
being recognized and showing great manage ment
They asked me many questions I been cooking for over 17 years an most of my job was at golf course restaurants my interview was great
The GM was very nice and professional
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It should not take 3 weeks after initial interview to be contacted for employment
Eye contact and the communication
General management should actually show up.
Don't keep people waiting for an hour plus. Don't reschedule once a candidate shows up

If they weren't so rude to people about interviewing we would probably have more people to start work granted they probably wouldn't stay because of all the lies and mistreatment of employees

My customer do that makes my day
Showing my way to be better to my coworkers and managers
Getting to work with most of our team
helping others and great customers
Learning more so I can move up an working with awesome employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People not being trained ! Quality is going down fast!

The store has roaches and nasty and general manager has bad attitude with customers and employees
The wait times are horrible

The learning process and training that you go through so you can celebrate through the company
