I got started way above minimum wage which is rare for fast food.

To receive better treatment from the Manager's . To be better treated to free food and drinks and better pay or next thing is let the big three fast food chains take over and buy out this little company

To have employee and manager meetings every week and cut off those who don't want to work and hire more people to train and communication needs to be better instead of threatening to fire everyone on the spot. Improve management. How many Manager's does it take to screw in a light bulb? All of them
