Draining and I dont feel like my time is worth 8.50 an hour when mcdonalds starts newhires at 10 dollars per out. I also havent been able to have my 90 day review and get a small raise

The cooldown after we close to customers.

It was very short and wasnt really asked any relevant questions

a fair amount of coworkers just need to show up for their job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With the right crew we can get done early so we can work co-operatively to get certain tasks done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
there is no leadership at the location i work at. I just stumbled in and wasnt trained on anything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid more and not be forced to close every single night. Even when I dont get scheduled the manager guilt trips me into closing anyway.
