Overall a good experience but needs to allow more team members to make it a career so there is less turnover and stop losing great talent.

Most team members are passionate about what they do even if they are underpaid.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Structure, and keeping talent. Paying managers and sales team what the my deserve. Better comp plan for sustainability
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The goals/budgets are not set with any consistent format and are not realistic to maintain at times. The overperformers are rewarded by higher expectations the following year with unrealistic budgets.
