I have a supportive leader ship management team.
They listen to what we say
Gm is cool the rest of the company is like high school if you're not in with the in crowd then you're not shit.
Listen to your ideas and help make them happen
Always open to learn technologies
They could improve their skills
communicating and actually giving information about everything. They tend to not give help when we ask for it. We get a lot of verbal promises on improvements and nothing happens.
Managing their employees and making sure all employees do their job and duties
Leading by example and being real rather than robots
Make sure managers at clubs really communicate with instructors, make them feel like they are part of the team.
Treating people like humans and not machines
Structure, and keeping talent. Paying managers and sales team what the my deserve. Better comp plan for sustainability
