I have a supportive leader ship management team.
They listen to what we say
Gm is cool the rest of the company is like high school if you're not in with the in crowd then you're not shit.
Listen to your ideas and help make them happen
communicating and actually giving information about everything. They tend to not give help when we ask for it. We get a lot of verbal promises on improvements and nothing happens.
Managing their employees and making sure all employees do their job and duties
Leading by example and being real rather than robots
Make sure managers at clubs really communicate with instructors, make them feel like they are part of the team.
Treating people like humans and not machines

If they treated the hardest working employee like they are worth anything.

Creative with ideas, sensitive about when things get difficult, and encouraging when thing are going well. Also willing to share training knowledge/experience, which is invaluable.

Majority of employees here are great, except they tend to get hired and leave often. Very high turnover rate. The club managers are often terrible here.

I am happy and excited to be a 24 hour fitness because of the guest. The communication with the people that come to work out at the gym. I look forward to seeing the daily people that come work out.
Co workers and bosses .Also work environment
Some.clubs have great workers, but ither clubs have team members that do not even smile.
Buy the needed parts to keep equipment working
The 24 hour corporation treats their trainers like hamsters on a wheel and expects them to sell thousands worth of training and get a 10% return while doing 100% of the work. This place embodies why corporations are seen as evil.
Value your employees and treat them with respect and appropriate compensation.
It is way too impersonal and I see favoritism occasionally which is unacceptable and certain people get in trouble for issues and yet other employees do the exact same and don't get in trouble at all.

They keep their employees just under 40 hours so they don't have to provide benefits but they also don't have time for a second job

Having back-to-back clients. It makes me feel like I am valued by many and I can help them achieve their goals.
Interacting in building relationships with the guest and actually caring and wanting to be there
Customers and co workers that I see each day
Team member engagement. Teaching others
cleanliness equipment missing or broken no sense of urgency to do repairs
Very unsanitary gym and unsafe machines with little to no inspection.
More communication and better pay
Already stated....Live up to the company 24Hr was a few decades ago.
The club managers need to be changed drastically and they need to stop getting rid of the employees who are actually good workers and have a valuable day to day interaction with many regulars there.
