How employees describe working at 24 Hour Fitness

When a member has a complaint and asks to speak to management on a local or senior level you do not put them off for a month. This company has historically used bait and switch tactics and already has had a class action lawsuit which they lost, and now the behavior is starting up again.

Care about their facilities, their service, their customers
