What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always an open door policy and you can go to them with any needs or concerns. They do a great job leading the company and are always looking out for the best interest of the company as a whole and each employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a team we collaborate really well together. We all support the end goal of an excellent customer experience and do whatever it takes to work together to achieve that. We also all work well independently but are never afraid to ask for help when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with amazing clients who value our excellent service and offerings. Ability to work with my colleagues who are the best of the best in the industry to meet an end goal for each client, each project and each event. And the friendships I have developed over the years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are part of a family at IVCi; you're not just a number or an employee. Everyone gets to know one another. We all celebrate each others wins but are always there for each other during hard time too. It's a very positive environment to work in and very rewarding seeing our clients happy.
