What do you like best about the leadership team?
From what I've observed, the leadership team is aware of how each and every employee contributes to the success of IVCi, and does what they can to continue to cultivate that culture.

Everyone is on the same level of respect. It almost feels like no one is a manager/everyone is just in terms of communication and direction. Everyone is truly a CO-worker and that is rare to find. I have not met an ego yet!

As a new team member, they taken the time to ensure that my onboarding has been smooth and have made themselves available to assist in that process where they can.

The development of the IVCi culture originates from the top down and is cultivating during every interaction.

Being able to contribute to the success of our customers. Our job is to ensure that the solutions they leverage enhance their work environment rather than being an impediment within it.
