What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People is laid back and it is expected of you to not force yourself if it is not necessary. it increases the atmosphere of the company and increases productivity between departments.
The team approach. I know that I have the proper resources in place to get the job done. And although my position is virtual, I feel connected to everyone that I interact with.

IVCi runs a lot of 'events' and I love that they are open to the entire staff regardless of location. Things like monthly photo contests, walking challenges, wellness seminars... it brings everyone together, and it builds a very positive and sharing culture in the company.

There is an emphasis on family and comradery at IVCi. We have been able to achieve success where we value each other and what we bring to the company.
It is so cliche but we really do have one big work family. It starts on the company level and carries to individual connections.

We have an environment that supports both the remote workforce and the in house teams. There are lot of ways to collaborate with each other which gives you a feeling of familily no matter where you call home
