What do you like best about the leadership team?
What i like the best about our leadership team, is the fact that they actually lead by example instead of expecting things to just get done.
The leadership team is helpful and works hard to find solutions to any problem I present. They are very hands on and don't leave you to figure everything out on your own.

Everyone is on the same level of respect. It almost feels like no one is a manager/everyone is just in terms of communication and direction. Everyone is truly a CO-worker and that is rare to find. I have not met an ego yet!

What are some of the best things about your team?
a small but close-knit team that is willing to teach and learn from each other even if its not their area of expertise.
Everyone is helpful and works together to find solutions to problems. I have never been told "No" by any of my colleagues.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People is laid back and it is expected of you to not force yourself if it is not necessary. it increases the atmosphere of the company and increases productivity between departments.
The team approach. I know that I have the proper resources in place to get the job done. And although my position is virtual, I feel connected to everyone that I interact with.

Work that actually benefits from my skill set,with the freedom of how i want to execute because of leadership that is confident that i am the best person for the job.
Solving customer problems and seeing the end result of projects. We integrate some really cool tech and the systems/designs look amazing in the spaces.
