I feel I am paid very well and have a fair benefit package overall. Money from another company would not be a motivator for me to leave IVCi.

Competitive Salary is what I would consider to be the best part of my compensation package. I believe that HR needs to consider the overall benefit packages offered to employees in greater detail and create consistencies in offerings.
