Everyone is SO helpful and provides extra details and little tricks that streamline the workflow of the job and they make things make sense.

The fact that although we are busy the work load is always manageable and no matter what your question may be there is always a helpful answer
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is on the same level of respect. It almost feels like no one is a manager/everyone is just in terms of communication and direction. Everyone is truly a CO-worker and that is rare to find. I have not met an ego yet!
