The leadership team at IVCi never fails to make me feel welcome and part of a team. When working closely with them I feel as though my opinions are valued and respected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are always happy to assist each other when a helping hand is needed. We make up a variety of personalities, age groups, and ideas to the table, which I love.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy working with a team that appreciates what I bring to the table. I love that my voice and opinions are heard and taken into account. I also love how well my bosses and I communicate and work together. We are always teaching each other new things.
