Everyone is extremely friendly and knows each other more in depth than just their job titles. It is a very good community feeling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is easy to work with and everyone helps each other out. We have frequent meetings to stay on the same page and communicate constantly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone on the leadership team cares not only about the success of the company, but also the success and happiness of their employees. Additionally, a large portion of the leadership team was promoted internally, so they understand what goes on at every level.
