I have always felt strongly supported by the leadership team. Over my tenure, they have given me opportunities to grow, and they have consistently taken time to help educate and guide me through that growth. The opportunity and support they have offered me always stand out as a highlight.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
IVCi offers a lot of opportunity to people who seize it. I think this is the most positive aspect of our culture. This is a company that can adapt quickly to new markets and technologies, which opens a lot of doors to grow. IVCi has always been very supportive of training as well.
