They definitely play favorites and don't care about the people that have been with the company as long as the store has been open in that location. They don't talk to management when they say they will and they only accommodate some but not others.

Apply the same rules. Don't give PCs to one person but not the other people that are also doing the same thing wrong. Seems like they try to get rid of you right before you are fully vested.
