My team has been promoted some and others have been encouraged to continue. We dont hire to often but let other departments transfer in and work more hours. Thus the team is good, and the managers are keeping the job busy.

Worked with a great team that was supportive and fun to work with. There was nothing better than the team. My boss was down to earth and we built a great relationship. Upper store management was always a gamble. It was obvious if they were in bad moods and it got to the point I avoided them.

The people being hired need to actually WANT to work. They also need to be able to scrip or constructive criticism and just show up and do the job they're getting paid to do. Simple as that.
Employees defer to passive aggression and talking behind your back because they need the superiority over solving an actual situation. Pettiest people I've ever met
