My team has been promoted some and others have been encouraged to continue. We dont hire to often but let other departments transfer in and work more hours. Thus the team is good, and the managers are keeping the job busy.

The people I've worked with have been pretty nice for the most part, we bond over all the stuff we don't like about winco

I work with freight. Despite everyone having a different way to go about getting the job done, somehow it all synchronizes and we fly through the night.

Team players, dependable, hard working, have goals and try to help each other out.

Worked with a great team that was supportive and fun to work with. There was nothing better than the team. My boss was down to earth and we built a great relationship. Upper store management was always a gamble. It was obvious if they were in bad moods and it got to the point I avoided them.

Communication and respect for other human beings.

It's hard to be a good coworker in a punitive environment.

We need corporate members to step in and get down and dirty with their hands to really know what's happening in these corrupt stores.

All workers we need to speak up and gets management. They are not doing nothing to employee safety

Ive been there over a year and no mettings yet

Using time efficiently. Knowing the team will work better if we work while we talk. Not leave everything for one person.

The people being hired need to actually WANT to work. They also need to be able to scrip or constructive criticism and just show up and do the job they're getting paid to do. Simple as that.

Employees defer to passive aggression and talking behind your back because they need the superiority over solving an actual situation. Pettiest people I've ever met

Be nicer. This a supposedly employee owned company but noone respects eachother and every one talks bad about everyone. Its very sad.

Consistent and clearly laid out policies, better training, and more periodic training

They could help and not use there power to get back at you just because i work hard and get good hours

Work with the notion of how they effect every employee in every department.
