The employees try to make the best of the bad situation, we are there for the health insurance, ESOP, and because mostly we are unqualified to go anywhere else. Stick together and make the best of it

My coworkers are friendly and open.
Our coworkers. We care for each other, and back each other up. The work itself if physical and feels fulfilling. The customers are sometimes a bother but overall dont cause us issues.

The company is very good to the community. I was very excited to work there when I first started. The videos that instruct our coworkers are very just and very important to follow but it's the choices of certain workers at the company that really destroy the peace within it.
I feel I try to bring an uplifting attitude. Other co-workers complain while at work and bring down morale.
Its emphasized that we are a team. The whole "not my problem" thing is generally not tolerated within reason. if someone can help then they will.
Leaving to go home from that toxic place
There's nothing positive because management makes everything very worse. And we're feared for our safety because there's a lot of sex offenders and management and security. Don't donate in about this the owner's aware in the afraid is gonna hurt sales
There's very little drama with my coworkers
I cant think of an actual positive. Any perk they sell you is a lie.
Energy drinks, we all drink them. The price is low, and sometimes the cheapest ive seen.

Accountability, retrain/educate long term employees that were around for the opening, inspire and encourage all employees to do a better job
The managers are constantly switching stores, and so when theres an effective team and a new manager comes in, it messes things up. Instead of the manager coming in and adjusting to an effective team, they start changing things, and it slows things down, causes issues, and wastes time.
Manager need be more responsive about who the best for each position
