They need to follow policies

Communication, training. Needed help fixing time punch to avoid meal violation/lost hours. Manager too busy talking to cashier to help. Office managers don't know how to fix internal system error message. Personel manager not available until next week.

Need to invest time in the pricing compare the savings program. Pricing is the lifeblood of this company but we are given 0 respect and we are not acknowledged for the hard work we accomplish. Being paid the same amount of money as someone in a check stand is really discerning. We deserve more.
