The people here are extremely friendly and easy to work with (at least on my team). Their flexibility is also astounding. I was stuck in Mexico because of COVID and there were no problems with my manager or the team because I was 1.5 weeks late coming back from vacation.

Collaboration and teamwork are very high in our team. If you need help, they will do their best to get you working asap.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are top notch and are also flexible, so you can customize them based on your needs. The salary is also very competitive and was a significant increase from my previous employer
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had good conversations with my interviewers, while answering their questions. It didn't really feel like an interview, just a conversation about a number of technical things, with some process discussions in between.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very transparent about they "why" of everything they do. It makes it easy to understand what their goals are without having to guess if it's just a public tactic for shareholders rather than actual needs/desires for future directions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all seem to be working towards a common goal, it's nice that the employee's goals match with the company's goals. This means that every time we deliver something, there is a customer that is very happy to receive the results and we know it.
