What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork and collaboration across the continent remotely has been more intimate than an in-person office environment. The expectation we set for one another is top notch.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Upfront with compensation/banding information, quick follow-ups from recruiter after interviews, very clear status updates during the process, recruiter and hiring manager willing to answer questions outside of formal interview process

This was a long time ago and our HR process (interviews, on boarding etc, has come a long way!)

The interviews were enthusiastic and to the point. No redundant questions asked, and there were no typical/scripted interview questions presented as we normally see in most organizations.
