Our leadership team is new but I like how they are working hard to balance out our current situation versus our future positioning.
Their open communication is what I appreciate. The CEO and Executive Chairman are always visible, and open about all the successes and challenges our business faces. There is some turnover on the Executive Leadership team recently, and that causes us to worry, but we know our business is healthy.
