What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was highly communicative and organized.
The recruiter was open and honest about the role, was genuinely interested in me as a person, and wanted to make sure I was a good fit with my future manager.

I had good conversations with my interviewers, while answering their questions. It didn't really feel like an interview, just a conversation about a number of technical things, with some process discussions in between.

All interviewers were warm and kind. They didn't give any "gotcha" questions or line of thinking. It really just seemed like they wanted to get to know me personally and assess my basic talents and abilities.

it was to the point. No non-sense multi round quizzical leetcode questions. All questions were looking for either role fit or analytical evaluation. It was one of the most friendly interviews I ever did !
