What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has a clear vision for the company and tries to continually grow and improve the company. Profits don't seem as important as the people (employees and customers) and that's felt throughout the whole organization.

Team members are very helpful, enjoy their jobs, and work hard. Team meetings are concise and have clear objectives. Teams are good at holding each other accountable while also being flexible.

The colleagues and management look out for each other . We are supportive of each other and have a inclusive environment.

The culture is always focused on people. There are many internal programs and benefits to make sure all employees are thriving. Externally, our products are purely focused on helping people, and all decisions reflect that focus.

All interviewers were warm and kind. They didn't give any "gotcha" questions or line of thinking. It really just seemed like they wanted to get to know me personally and assess my basic talents and abilities.

Working for an organisation that has a meaningful purpose in the senior living space and is making a difference . Also having a good compensation and working with great colleagues. PointClickCare treats its employees well !
