My experience has been up and down based on my manager. One thing I'll say for sure is there is NO accountability. BD Mebane has been sliding downhill for years and BD's code of ethics is a joke. Site leadership and HR are an ongoing joke.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management and HR accountability. They do what benefits them and routinely single employees out and "mark" them as troublemakers.
