What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Invest in your people and the processes.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The relaxed conversation and no drilling questions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Listen to employees with an open mind and be open to change. Our processes and systems are very outdated yet we are expected to compete with companies who have embraced change and open dialogue.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Engage in making the change not just complain. Invest in the quality of your work and make integrity a priority. Realize that your negativity impacts others and brings down the morale. Just "paying" people to go away impacts the business and ultimately our positions.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Managment needs to get a handle on the behavior of their staff. Stop looking the other way when someone steals time, or make excuses when they repeatedly handle situations inappropriately. Set the expectation that you learn your job and stop making excuses for bad behavior.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The negativitiy is overwhelming. The bullies run the show, management and hr cowers, and everyone else tries to stay out of the way. If you try to address a situation it gets glossed over. I feel sorry for our customers they are paying the price financially for this lack of integrity.
