I have had a really good time learning the skills and helping people from the community. The lowball salary is fairly frustrating and the jobs good besides that.

Organization. Open managers. Inclusivity and failures are looked at as learning opportunities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers are remarkable. Executive "leadership" doesn't exist. They make hundreds of thousands and literally nothing would change if they were gone.
